(i)              To provide diagnostic services for Soil, Water testing, Plant and Live stock health

(ii)            To supply research products such as seeds and other plant materials, Poultry strains live stock breeds. First seed, processed products etc. imagining from institution for testing and adoption by various clientele.

(iii)          Providing information through published literature AIR and communication materials as well as audio visual aids.

(iv)          Provide and opportunity to JNKVV, to have resource generation through sale of their technologies to products.
