Manage web
programming teams, design web-based education and outreach systems, synthesize and
apply research literature, publish and present complex content, build bridges,
lead and mentor groups, stimulate change, develop proposals & budgets,
specify and oversee workstations and servers
Experience
Founded and
managed the AIM Lab (Agricultural Instructional Media Lab) in late 1993,
specializing in rapid prototyping and faculty support for the web. Researched,
published and presented on web-related topics. Led college-wide curriculum
revitalization project. Developed and deployed the Virtual Classroom Interface
campus-wide. Delivered in-person and online faculty development. Designed and
taught first UI courses on web-based training. Change agent for early web
development. Created and supported many campus and external web projects.
Helped develop two distance learning programs. Managed a total of 30 staff over
ten years.
